A friend of mine had to go to the hospital in the inner city of Trenton in around midnight. My roommate went with him and didn't get back until 6AM.

Sometimes our schools don't even close for tropical storms.

I've never been to Trenton. Is it nice?

The Capitol building and close surrounding area is nice, but the city isn't so good.

For me and for many other college students at Rider and TCNJ, I think the general idea is to go the other way on NJ206 to Princeton, which has much more to offer for us.

TCNJ stands for The College of New Jersey, and its located a few minutes away in Eqing. Fun fact, Princeton was known by that name up until just over 100 years ago.

I'm doing just fine. My classes are going well so far, but German is still a challenge. And I still have time for myself.

Here in Jersey, my college basketball team is going to the conference tournament after winning 84-79. The winning 3-point and free throw was made by a guy who live two doors down the hall from me.

Meanwhile in South Jersey, police, fire, and ambulance services were en mass to major nuclear power stations and chemical plants. This move was part of a training drill for which the emergency service personnel had to handle what may be suspicious activity near their potential terrorist hotspots (if a terrorist wanted to decimate a part of the state). The program utilized in these efforts was called THREAT, which would be used in case of a possible terrorist plot or suspicious activity.
