Hello and welcome to Naviblue's first, but not last, user awards 
After months of planning and preparation, hours of writing drafts and tweaking, this is it. We've attempted to make it as simple and straightforward as possible, but do ask questions if you're unsure about anything. Read on...
The awards have been created to recognise those Navibluers that have been outstanding and have met the requirements of the awards. How do we decide? It's all up to you! We have created a system of anyone nominating you for an award then we all vote on the winner. How does this system work? Read on...
When we open the nominations period (see end of page) you can nominate 0 people for an award, 1 person for an award or 2 people for an award. So 0-2 people. You must provide the person's username (with optional URL to their profile), the award they are being nominated for and a reason for why they should receive the award.
There is to be NO requesting nomination, self nomination and sharing who you will nominate! If you notice it, report it!
You have to include all nominations you want to make in 1 message. So that's up to 20 nominations in one private message. Send the message to ALL (look at the spoiler for an example!) of the following clan leaders otherwise your nominations may not be counted!...and here's a template for you to use...

After we've collected and sorted all nominations, the nominees will be placed into 10 separate polls in a separate poll category. All members will be able to vote on who they think should receive the award. Here are some rules of voting...
- In case someone wins 2 awards, the award with the most votes will be given
- If there is a tie after that, the moderators will decide a winner
- You cannot win 2 awards
- You cannot win the same award after the August-September awards (twice in a row)
After the voting is complete, the awards will be awarded over a period of 10 days. 1 for each award. The winner will be permitted to display their award in their signature area for an unlimited time. If possible, the award may be displayed on their profile page. Want to know the possible awards? Read on...

two suggestions: 1) may want to put a date on this round's awards images, that way they can be put into sigs easily. 2) the quote is "Wherefore art thou Romeo", meaning "why are you Romeo" referring to his family.

It means that you can nominate 1 or 2 people for every Award (or none if you really can't think of someone for that Award).

I'll reword it again. It's a bit confusing, I admit. Orodum that was my original intentions, but since we were waiting patiently for Turok-Makto to complete his set, we didn't get around to adding them in. But I can add a simple timestamp in the corner (at any time)
