...I was born on planet Earth, in my home state of Kansas, though I have never visited there, nor was I raised there.When i reached the young age of three, my parents moved to the planet Reach, with me in tow. Little did i know that by the age of six my life would change forever. I was one of few children genetically capable of having my genes enhanced, becoming what some might call a Super Soldier.

...It was called the "Grey Knight" project, a rigorous sect of scientists and elite military personnel. I was stolen from my family, and raised up in the art of warfare. My body was in physical perfection, my mind as sharp as the blades I wielded in Hand to Hand combat. I knew everything about fighting there was to know. The enhancement process was...painful, to say the least. A week in Hell was the nickname for said procedure, and in no way do I believe that the one who created that nickname was exaggerating. The genetic boosting was only the first step, the second was our Powered Armor, the most advanced piece of tech ever created by Humanity. Now, we were complete. Unstoppable.

...We were the elite, trained to take the battle against Humanities' most fearsome foes. And we always succeeded. With technology marching on it was now possible for more than our narrow gene niche to be enhanced, and our numbers grew. It wouldn't be long before the Grey Knights would become the primary fighting force of Mankind.
